Training & Education

Intensive Training For All Seafarers

One of the key pillars of the quality system is our crew training. We pride ourselves in offering ship owners only the most competent and qualified seafarers available. We accomplish this by conducting intensive training programs for all of our seafarers, putting special emphasis on fulfilling the requirements of all new regulations including: STCW 95, ISM Code, ISMA Code, ISO 9002, client related training requirements.

Conducting extensive, in-house training programs at Maritime training centers.
Holding regular seminars at strategically timed intervals throughout the year.
Having highly qualified and certified personnel teach.
Implementing Quality and Safety Management System (QSMS).

The Maritime Training Centers used to train our seafarers are situated in Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Pakistan to name a few which include the latest technology, hardware, software and dedicated instructors with vast experience in the maritime industry.

Classroom Includes:

Full mission bridge simulator, Engine Room Simulator, Radar & Arpa simulator, Multimedia projectors GMDSS software, Nautical instruments, Navigational Aids, Multimedia video projectors, slide projectors, Public address systems, Training Videos, Modern well equipped classrooms, TV, Video & Audio systems.

An Engineering Workshop with:

Air compressor, Engine Generator, Chemical Cargo Simulator, Power Saw, Shaping Machines, Bench Vices, Pipe bending Machine, Center Lathes, Arc & Gas Welding Machines, Drilling Machines, Hand Shearing Machines, Grinding Machines, Life Boat Engine, LSA/FFA Equipments, Lathe Machine, Various Container Lashing Materials, Various Safety Posters.

The maritime instructors are all Master Mariners and Chief Engineers who have long time experience in that specific type of vessel and use their expertise to further improve the quality and standard of crew. We believe through education and practical experience, we can truly improve the knowledge and efficiency of crew performance while serving on board vessel.
